On this page I'll share some favourite websites of mine that you might find useful... and maybe you can add some more of your own! (Click on the image to open the website in a new window.)
This website has some brilliant YouTube videos to use with your class - along with interesting teaching ideas.
Tutpup is a wonderfully simple website which has children competing against one another in a variety of English and math activities.
Registration is quick and simple and children are not required to give up any private information - they can remain completely anonymous.
My students LOVE this website.
Spelling City provides students with an exciting spelling tool which can be used at home or at school - for free.
Students can choose from a variety of spelling games, reviews and quizzes.
Wishball is an excellent Learning Object (LO) I found on the TALE website. This LO is always a favourite with my classes.
In order for the link to work you will need to be logged onto the DET Intranet.
If you can not access the game via the link then search for wishball on: http://www.tale.edu.au
